Delivery / Service Partners

Organizations which partner with Castaliáz throughout the Delivery Process and has equal responsibility in delivery acceptance and payments by customer and closing the engagement along with Castaliáz

Strategic Partners

Organizations which partner with Castaliáz on long term basis; they need delivery capability and use delivery centers and resources of Castaliáz for the same; exclusive in nature for the period of contract;

Go-To-Market Partners

Organizations which partner with Castaliáz shall jointly offer packaged solutions which are complimentary in nature. A common GTM strategy with the Partner shall be developed and usually involves activities like lead generation, qualification, marketing events & campaigns, pre-sales, sales & delivery. GTM engagements are usually exclusive in nature for a geography

Resource Partners

Organizations which supply resources to Castaliáz. Resources can be – material or human resources;

Referral Partners

Individuals / Organizations which refer prospective customers to Castaliáz and help in initiating the engagement; They usually have very little delivery responsibility unless agreed upon but shall collaborate with Castaliaz to make certain that financial obligations are met
